Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-01

Last updated: 2026-07-01

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the invoicing and billing application (the "Service") operated by [Company Legal Name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service lets an organisation ("you") manage invoices, teacher/vendor payouts, tax records and related billing operations. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate signup details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your organisation's accounts. You must be authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to breach security or access another tenant's data; uploading unlawful content; interfering with the Service's operation; or reselling access without our written consent.

4. Customer data & tenancy

Data you enter remains yours. Each organisation is a separate tenant and we take reasonable measures to isolate one tenant's data from another. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you upload, and for obtaining any consents required from the individuals it concerns.

5. Fees & plans

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and will try to minimise disruption.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your data.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable window.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. [Counsel to set the liability cap and carve-outs.]

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified and the version identifier below will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
